1/2 to 3/4 cup organic peanut butter
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup pitted dates
1/3 cup chopped peanuts

Combine all the ingredients but the chopped peanuts into a food processor.
Process until you have a sticky but mostly smooth batter. Roll into bite size balls. Next, coat the bites with the chopped peanuts.

Makes about 20 balls. Freeze or keep in refrigerator.
