Dry Ingredients
3/4 cup oat flour
3/4 cup millet flour
1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt

Wet Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
2 organic eggs
1/3 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup organic fresh or frozen raspberries

1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Line muffin tin with liners.
3.In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
4.In a small bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Add the wet to dry and mix till just combined. Add the raspberries. Fold in to combine.
5.Spoon the batter into lined muffin pan.
6.Bake in oven for about 20 minutes, or toothpick comes out clean.
